Terms and Conditions ABN8 — Official Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and abn8 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs your access to and use of the abn8.vu website, the abn8 mobile app, and all services provided under the abn8 brand.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the content on the ABN8 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein. This acceptance occurs automatically and does not require a physical signature.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action, including temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, and freezing of all funds held in the account.

In situations where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, ABN8 reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account depending on the severity of the breach and the outcome of the internal investigation conducted.
